IRIDEX reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on April 29, 2024.
In 2023, three IRIDEX executives received on average a compensation package of $424K, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at IRIDEX
Patrick Mercer, Chief Operating Officer, received $518K in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2022. 65% of Mercer's compensation, or $336K, was in salary. Mercer also received $27K in non-equity incentive plan, $152K in option awards, as well as $2.5K in other compensation.
David I. Bruce, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $397K, which decreased by 48% compared to previous year. 98% of the compensation package, or $391K, was in salary.
Fuad Ahmad, Chief Financial Officer, earned $357K in 2023, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
