iStar reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 2, 2021.
In 2020, three iStar executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 24% decrease compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at iStar
Marcos Alvarado, Chief Investment Officer, received $3.1M in total, which decreased by 37% compared to 2019. 56% of Alvarado's compensation, or $1.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Alvarado also received $550K in salary, $800K in stock awards, as well as $15K in other compensation.
Jeremy Fox-Geen, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.5M. 60% of the compensation package, or $1.5M, was in stock awards.
Jay Sugarman, Chief Executive Officer, earned $936K in 2020, a 79% decrease compared to previous year.
