ITERIS reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on July 28, 2023.
In 2023, five ITERIS executives received on average a compensation package of $755K, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Joe Bergera, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which decreased by 11% compared to 2022. 39% of Bergera's compensation, or $445K, was in salary.
