Itron reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 23, 2020.
In 2019, six Itron executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Thomas Deitrich, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.6M in total, which increased by 124% compared to 2018. 51% of Deitrich's compensation, or $3.3M, was in stock awards. Deitrich also received $568K in non-equity incentive plan, $2M in option awards, $650K in salary, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Philip Mezey, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which decreased by 46% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
Joan Hooper, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2019, a 29% increase compared to previous year.
Michel Cadieux, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, received $1.4M in 2019, which increases by 1% compared to 2018.
Sarah Hlavinka, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2019, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Donald Reeves, Senior Vice President, Outcomes, received $916K in 2019.
