ITT CEO Denise Ramos' 2018 pay rises 3% to $7.7M

ITT reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 8, 2019.
In 2018, five ITT executives received on average a compensation package of $3.6M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Denise L. Ramos, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.7M in total, which increased by 3% compared to 2017. 62% of Ramos' compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Ramos also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $184K in other compensation.
Luca Savi, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 30% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was in stock awards.
Thomas M. Scalera, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.3M in 2018, a 53% increase compared to previous year.
Mary Beth Gustafsson, General Counsel, received $1.8M in 2018, which increases by 2% compared to 2017.
Farrokh Batliwala, Senior Vice President and President, Connect & Control Technologies, earned $1.3M in 2018.
