ITT reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 31, 2020.
In 2019, five ITT executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Luca Savi, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.1M in total, which increased by 84% compared to 2018. 49% of Savi's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Savi also received $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $900K in salary, as well as $1.4M in other compensation.
Thomas M. Scalera, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which decreased by 30% compared to previous year. 48% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in stock awards.
Mary Beth Gustafsson, General Counsel, earned $1.9M in 2019, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Carlo Ghirardo, Senior Vice President and President, Motion Technologies, received $1.9M in 2019.
Farrokh Batliwala, Senior Vice President and President, Connect & Control Technologies, earned $1.4M in 2019, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
