ITT reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 5, 2022.
In 2021, five ITT executives received on average a compensation package of $2.9M, a 7% increase compared to previous year.
Luca Savi, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.7M in total, which increased by 16% compared to 2020. 61% of Savi's compensation, or $4.7M, was in stock awards. Savi also received $1.8M in non-equity incentive plan, $997K in salary, as well as $168K in other compensation.
Emmanuel Caprais, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2M, which increased by 39% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in stock awards.
Mary Beth Gustafsson, General Counsel, earned $2M in 2021, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Ryan F. Flynn, Senior Vice Presidentand President, Connect &Control Technologies, received $1.5M in 2021, which increases by 19% compared to 2020.
Davide Barbon, Senior Vice Presidentand President, APAC, earned $1.4M in 2021.
