J.Jill reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 19, 2021.
In 2020, three J.Jill executives received on average a compensation package of $1.6M, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
James Scully, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which increased by 401% compared to 2019. 58% of Scully's compensation, or $1.5M, was in bonus. Scully also received $1.1M in salary, $10K in stock awards, as well as $25K in other compensation.
Mark Webb, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 23% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $765K, was in bonus.
Deanna Steele, Former Executive Vice President, Chief Information and Digital Officer, earned $581K in 2020, a 43% decrease compared to previous year.
J.Jill's fiscal year ends on January 29.
