j2 Global reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 26, 2020.
In 2019, four j2 Global executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 83% decrease compared to previous year.
Scott Turicchi, Chief Financial Officer, received $4.4M in total, which increased by 4% compared to 2018. 63% of Turicchi's compensation, or $2.7M, was in stock awards. Turicchi also received $842K in non-equity incentive plan, $750K in salary, as well as $18K in other compensation.
Vivek Shah, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $2.2M, which decreased by 95% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Jeremy D. Rossen, General Counsel, earned $1.4M in 2019, a 11% increase compared to previous year.
Steve P. Dunn, Chief Accounting Officer, received $976K in 2019, which increases by 6% compared to 2018.
