Johnson & Johnson reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 10, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Johnson & Johnson received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 21% increase compared to previous year.

Jennifer Taubert, EVP, Worldwide Chair Pharmaceuticals, earned $9.5M in 2020, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Johnson & Johnson's fiscal year ends on January 2.
