Tyco International reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on January 17, 2020.
In 2018, six executives at Tyco International received on average a compensation package of $6.9M, a 68% decrease compared to previous year.
George R. Oliver, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 22% compared to 2017. 46% of Oliver's compensation, or $7.1M, was in stock awards. Oliver also received $3.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.4M in option awards, $1.5M in salary, as well as $530K in other compensation.
John Donofrio, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $6.5M. 61% of the compensation package, or $4M, was in stock awards.
William C. Jackson, VP and President, earned $5.2M in 2018, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Brian J. Stief, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.1M in 2018, which decreases by 80% compared to 2017.
Jeffrey Williams, VP and President, earned $4.7M in 2018, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph Walicki, VP & President — Power Solutions, received $4.4M in 2018, which decreases by 1% compared to 2017.
Tyco International's fiscal year ends on September 30.
