JOINT reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 23, 2021.
In 2020, two JOINT executives received on average a compensation package of $624K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Perter D. Holt, Chief Executive Officer, received $829K in total, which decreased by 9% compared to 2019. 49% of Holt's compensation, or $410K, was in salary. Holt also received $234K in non-equity incentive plan, $140K in option awards, $43K in stock awards, as well as $1.6K in other compensation.
Jake Singleton, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $419K, which increased by 38% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $225K, was in salary.
