Jushi Holdings reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 28, 2023.
In 2022, three executives at Jushi Holdings received on average a compensation package of $4.3M, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
James Cacioppo, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.5M in total, which decreased by 3% compared to 2021. 79% of Cacioppo's compensation, or $6.7M, was in option awards. Cacioppo also received $1M in bonus, $750K in salary, as well as $34K in other compensation.
Leonardo Garcia-Berg, Former Chief Operations Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 2% compared to previous year. 87% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in option awards.
Louis Jon Barack, President, earned $1.7M in 2022, a 47% decrease compared to previous year.
