K12 reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on October 29, 2012.
In 2012, six K12 executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 19% increase compared to previous year.
Ronald J. Packard, Chief Executive Officer, received $4M in total, which decreased by 21% compared to 2011. 38% of Packard's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Packard also received $584K in non-equity incentive plan, $619K in salary, $1.3M in stock awards, as well as $7.2K in other compensation.
Timothy L. Murray, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $3.3M. 56% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in option awards.
Harry T. Hawks, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.1M in 2012, a 94% increase compared to previous year.
George B. Hughes, Jr, Executive Vice President of School Services, received $914K in 2012, which increases by 27% compared to 2011.
Celia M. Stokes, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $904K in 2012, a 31% increase compared to previous year.
Bruce J. Davis, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Business Development, received $769K in 2012, which increases by 12% compared to 2011.
K12's fiscal year ends on June 30.
