K12 reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on October 26, 2018.
In 2018, six K12 executives received on average a compensation package of $3M, a 39% increase compared to previous year.
Nathaniel A. Davis, Chief Executive Officer, received $6.4M in total, which increased by 106% compared to 2017. 65% of Davis' compensation, or $4.2M, was in stock awards. Davis also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $509K in salary, as well as $18K in other compensation.
Stuart J. Udell, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5.5M, which increased by 35% compared to previous year. 37% of the compensation package, or $2M, was in stock awards.
Kevin P. Chavous, President, Academics, Policy and Schools, earned $1.9M in 2018.
James J. Rhyu, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.9M in 2018, which increases by 6% compared to 2017.
Allison Cleveland, Former Executive Vice President, School Management and Services, earned $1.3M in 2018, a 27% increase compared to previous year.
Howard D. Polsky, General Counsel, received $1.2M in 2018, which increases by 28% compared to 2017.
K12's fiscal year ends on June 30.
