Kadant reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 28, 2019.
In 2018, six Kadant executives received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 12% decrease compared to previous year.
Jonathan W. Painter, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.6M in total, which increased by 2% compared to 2017. 41% of Painter's compensation, or $1.9M, was in stock awards. Painter also received $345K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $675K in salary, as well as $39K in other compensation.
Jeffrey L. Powell, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $1.8M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 39% of the compensation package, or $709K, was in stock awards.
Eric T. Langevin, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.7M in 2018, a 13% decrease compared to previous year.
Michael J. McKenney, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.4M in 2018, which increases by 18% compared to 2017.
Sandra L. Lambert, General Counsel, earned $928K in 2018, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
Stacy D. Krause, General Counsel, received $663K in 2018.
Kadant's fiscal year ends on January 1.
