Kadant reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 30, 2022.
In 2021, five Kadant executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey L. Powell, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.9M in total, which increased by 61% compared to 2020. 52% of Powell's compensation, or $3.1M, was in stock awards. Powell also received $2M in non-equity incentive plan, $832K in salary, as well as $16K in other compensation.
Eric T. Langevin, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 68% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
Michael J. McKenney, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2021, a 51% increase compared to previous year.
Stacy D. Krause, General Counsel, received $1.3M in 2021, which increases by 46% compared to 2020.
Peter J. Flynn, Vice President, earned $1.2M in 2021, a 43% increase compared to previous year.
Kadant's fiscal year ends on January 1.
