Kadmon Holdings reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 2, 2019.
In 2018, three executives at Kadmon Holdings received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 42% increase compared to previous year.
Harlan W. Waksal, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.7M in total, which increased by 43% compared to 2017. 71% of Waksal's compensation, or $2.7M, was in option awards. Waksal also received $500K in bonus, $500K in salary, as well as $79K in other compensation.
Steven N. Gordon, General Counsel, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $994K, was in option awards.
Konstantin Poukalov, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2018, a 30% increase compared to previous year.
