Kadmon Holdings reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 2, 2020.
In 2019, three executives at Kadmon Holdings received on average a compensation package of $2.4M, a 4% increase compared to previous year.
Harlan W. Waksal, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 27% compared to 2018. 79% of Waksal's compensation, or $3.7M, was in option awards. Waksal also received $500K in bonus, $500K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.
