Kaman reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 4, 2008.
In 2007, six Kaman executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Paul R. Kuhn, Chairman, received $4.5M in total, which decreased by 26% compared to 2006. 34% of Kuhn's compensation, or $1.5M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings. Kuhn also received $1.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $407K in option awards, $940K in salary, $63K in stock awards, as well as $43K in other compensation.
Robert M. Garneau, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.2M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.6M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Candace A. Clark, Chief Legal Officer, earned $1.6M in 2007, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
T. Jack Cahill, President, Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation, received $1.5M in 2007, which decreases by 1% compared to 2006.
Ronald M. Galla, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, earned $1.4M in 2007, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Neal J. Keating, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.2M in 2007.
