Kaman reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on February 25, 2010.
In 2009, five Kaman executives received on average a compensation package of $1.4M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Neal J. Keating, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.7M in total, which increased by 6% compared to 2008. 41% of Keating's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Keating also received $162K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $730K in non-equity incentive plan, $662K in salary, as well as $42K in other compensation.
Candace A. Clark, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 44% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $849K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Ronald M. Galla, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, earned $920K in 2009, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Gregory L. Steiner, Executive Vice President, Kaman Corporation and President, Kaman Aerospace Group, received $876K in 2009, which increases by 49% compared to 2008.
William C. Denninger, Chief Financial Officer, earned $819K in 2009, a 278% increase compared to previous year.
