Kaman reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on February 28, 2011.
In 2010, five Kaman executives received on average a compensation package of $1.8M, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Neal J. Keating, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.9M in total, which increased by 44% compared to 2009. 73% of Keating's compensation, or $2.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Keating also received $252K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $725K in salary, as well as $66K in other compensation.
Candace A. Clark, Chief Legal Officer, received a compensation package of $1.7M, which increased by 1% compared to previous year. 47% of the compensation package, or $812K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
William C. Denninger, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.5M in 2010, a 87% increase compared to previous year.
Gregory L. Steiner, Executive Vice President, Kaman Corporation and President, Kaman Aerospace Group, received $1M in 2010, which increases by 14% compared to 2009.
Steven J. Smidler, Executive Vice President, Kaman Corporation and President, Kaman Industrial Technologies, earned $882K in 2010.
