Kaman reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on February 27, 2012.
In 2011, six Kaman executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 20% increase compared to previous year.
Neal J. Keating, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.9M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 70% of Keating's compensation, or $2.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Keating also received $329K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $800K in salary, as well as $50K in other compensation.
William C. Denninger, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.3M, which increased by 52% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Gregory L. Steiner, Executive VP, Kaman Corporation, and President, Kaman Aerospace Group, earned $1.8M in 2011, a 84% increase compared to previous year.
Steven J. Smidler, Executive VP, Kaman Corporation and President, Kaman Industrial Technologies, received $1.7M in 2011, which increases by 94% compared to 2010.
Ronald M. Galla, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, earned $1.6M in 2011.
Candace A. Clark, Chief Legal Officer, received $1.6M in 2011, which decreases by 8% compared to 2010.
