KB Home reported fiscal year 2012 executive compensation information on February 22, 2013.
In 2012, five KB Home executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 2% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey T. Mezger, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.6M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2011. 44% of Mezger's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Mezger also received $801K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $67K in other compensation.
Jeff J. Kaminski, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $1.6M, which increased by 13% compared to previous year. 35% of the compensation package, or $550K, was in salary.
Brian J. Woram, General Counsel, earned $1.5M in 2012, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Albert Z. Praw, Executive Vice President, Real Estate and Business Development, received $1.4M in 2012, which increases by 10% compared to 2011.
William R. Hollinger, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $1.2M in 2012, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
KB Home's fiscal year ends on November 30.
