KB Home reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on February 21, 2014.
In 2013, five KB Home executives received on average a compensation package of $3.1M, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Jeffrey T. Mezger, Chief Executive Officer, received $7M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2012. 39% of Mezger's compensation, or $2.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Mezger also received $500K in bonus, $1M in option awards, $1M in salary, $1.7M in stock awards, as well as $68K in other compensation.
Jeff J. Kaminski, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 71% compared to previous year. 36% of the compensation package, or $952K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Brian J. Woram, General Counsel, earned $2.3M in 2013, a 57% increase compared to previous year.
Albert Z. Praw, Executive Vice President, Real Estate and Business Development, received $2.1M in 2013, which increases by 48% compared to 2012.
William R. Hollinger, Chief Accounting Officer, earned $1.5M in 2013, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
KB Home's fiscal year ends on November 30.
