Kemper reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 25, 2020.
In 2019, five Kemper executives received on average a compensation package of $4M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph P. Lacher, Jr, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 24% compared to 2018. 32% of Lacher's compensation, or $2.7M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Duane A. Sanders, Executive Vice President and President, Property and Casualty Division, earned $2.8M in 2019, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
James J. McKinney, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.8M in 2019, which increases by 26% compared to 2018.
John M. Boschelli, Chief Investment Officer, earned $2.2M in 2019, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
