Key Tronic reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on September 15, 2008.
In 2008, three Key Tronic executives received on average a compensation package of $539K, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Jack W. Oehlke, Chief Executive Officer, received $747K in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2007. 56% of Oehlke's compensation, or $417K, was in salary. Oehlke also received $321K in non-equity incentive plan and $9K in other compensation.
