Key Tronic reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 13, 2018.
In 2018, five Key Tronic executives received on average a compensation package of $552K, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Craig D. Gates, Chief Executive Officer, received $998K in total, which decreased by 34% compared to 2017. 62% of Gates' compensation, or $620K, was in salary. Gates also received $225K in non-equity incentive plan, $95K in option awards, as well as $58K in other compensation.

Duane D. Mackleit, Vice President of Program Management, earned $348K in 2018, a 14% decrease compared to previous year.
Key Tronic's fiscal year ends on June 29.
