Key Tronic reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on September 14, 2022.
In 2022, three Key Tronic executives received on average a compensation package of $842K, a 17% decrease compared to previous year.
Craig D. Gates, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.4M in total, which decreased by 15% compared to 2021. 57% of Gates' compensation, or $800K, was in salary. Gates also received $512K in non-equity incentive plan, $68K in option awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.
Brett R. Larsen, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $638K, which decreased by 19% compared to previous year. 67% of the compensation package, or $430K, was in salary.
Philip S. Hochberg, Executive Vice President, Business Development, earned $496K in 2022, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
