Key Tronic reported fiscal year 2023 executive compensation information on September 29, 2023.
In 2023, three Key Tronic executives received on average a compensation package of $924K, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
Craig D. Gates, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.5M in total, which increased by 9% compared to 2022. 60% of Gates' compensation, or $905K, was in salary. Gates also received $543K in non-equity incentive plan, $52K in option awards, as well as $12K in other compensation.

Philip S. Hochberg, Executive Vice President, Business Development, earned $547K in 2023, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
