KeyCorp. reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 26, 2021.
In 2020, six KeyCorp. executives received on average a compensation package of $5.8M, a 12% increase compared to previous year.
Beth E. Mooney, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2019. 83% of Mooney's compensation, or $9.6M, was in stock awards. Mooney also received $833K in bonus, $2.7K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $455K in salary, as well as $622K in other compensation.
Christopher M. Gorman, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $5.9M, which increased by 18% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $2.9M, was in stock awards.
Donald R. Kimble, Chief Financial Officer, earned $5.4M in 2020, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew J. Randy Paine III, Head of Institutional Bank, received $4.4M in 2020, which increases by 12% compared to 2019.
Amy G. Brady, Chief Information Officer, earned $4.2M in 2020, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
Angela G. Mago, Head of Commercial Bank, received $3.4M in 2020.
