Kforce reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 29, 2008.
In 2007, five Kforce executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 132% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Dunkel, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.9M in total, which increased by 157% compared to 2006. 37% of Dunkel's compensation, or $1.8M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Dunkel also received $235K in bonus, $478K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.1M in option awards, $675K in salary, as well as $597K in stock awards.
William Sanders, President, received a compensation package of $4.1M, which increased by 161% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Joseph J. Liberatore, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2M in 2007, a 95% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen McMahan, Chief Sales Officer, received $1.1M in 2007, which increases by 86% compared to 2006.
Michael Ettore, Chief Services Officer, earned $1.1M in 2007, a 82% increase compared to previous year.
