Kforce reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 22, 2019.
In 2018, five Kforce executives received on average a compensation package of $2.5M, a 37% increase compared to previous year.
David L. Dunkel, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.3M in total, which increased by 39% compared to 2017. 35% of Dunkel's compensation, or $1.5M, was in stock awards. Dunkel also received $653K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $875K in salary, as well as $102K in other compensation.
Joseph J. Liberatore, President, received a compensation package of $2.8M, which increased by 9% compared to previous year. 43% of the compensation package, or $1.2M, was in stock awards.
David M. Kelly, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.1M in 2018, a 38% increase compared to previous year.
Kye L. Mitchell, Chief Operations Officer, received $2M in 2018, which increases by 27% compared to 2017.
Andrew G. Thomas, Chief Marketing Officer, earned $1.2M in 2018.
