Kimco Realty reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 16, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Kimco Realty received on average a compensation package of $5.3M, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Conor C. Flynn, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 36% compared to 2020. 57% of Flynn's compensation, or $6M, was in stock awards. Flynn also received $3.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $24K in other compensation.
Milton Cooper, Chairman, received a compensation package of $4.2M, which increased by 31% compared to previous year. 44% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.
Ross Cooper, Chief Investment Officer, earned $3.9M in 2021, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Glenn G. Cohen, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.8M in 2021, which increases by 33% compared to 2020.
David Jamieson, Chief Operating Officer, earned $3.8M in 2021, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
