KINETA reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 30, 2019.
In 2018, three KINETA executives received on average a compensation package of $861K, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Meenu Chhabra, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.3M in total, which decreased by 28% compared to 2017. 40% of Chhabra's compensation, or $517K, was in option awards. Chhabra also received $258K in bonus and $515K in salary.
Po-Shun Lee, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $648K, which decreased by 17% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $361K, was in salary.
Benito Munoz, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $647K in 2018, a 10% decrease compared to previous year.
