Kirkland's reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on May 10, 2021.
In 2020, three Kirkland's executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 45% increase compared to previous year.
Steven C. Woodward, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.2M in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2019. 47% of Woodward's compensation, or $1.1M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Woodward also received $219K in bonus, $689K in salary, $275K in stock awards, as well as $9.1K in other compensation.
Nicole A. Strain, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $851K, which increased by 58% compared to previous year. 42% of the compensation package, or $354K, was in salary.
Jeffrey T. Martin, Senior Vice President of Omni, Channel Retail, earned $718K in 2020, a 48% increase compared to previous year.
Kirkland's' fiscal year ends on February 3.
