Knoll reported fiscal year 2008 executive compensation information on March 26, 2009.
In 2008, six Knoll executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 86% increase compared to previous year.
Andrew B. Cogan, Chief Executive Officer, received $7.5M in total, which increased by 135% compared to 2007. 73% of Cogan's compensation, or $5.4M, was in stock awards. Cogan also received $13K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.3M in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $800K in salary.
Lynn M. Utter, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M. 49% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in stock awards.
Barry L. McCabe, Chief Financial Officer, earned $2.3M in 2008, a 103% increase compared to previous year.
Stephen A. Grover, Former Executive Vice President, Operations, received $1.1M in 2008, which increases by 1% compared to 2007.
Benjamin A. Pardo, Senior Vice President Director of Design, earned $1.1M in 2008, a 119% increase compared to previous year.
Arthur C. Graves, Executive Vice President Sales and Distribution, received $740K in 2008, which decreases by 26% compared to 2007.
