Knoll reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on March 24, 2010.
In 2009, five Knoll executives received on average a compensation package of $957K, a 63% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew B. Cogan, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in total, which decreased by 75% compared to 2008. 43% of Cogan's compensation, or $800K, was in salary. Cogan also received $30K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $375K in non-equity incentive plan, as well as $647K in option awards.
Lynn M. Utter, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $994K, which decreased by 63% compared to previous year. 40% of the compensation package, or $400K, was in salary.
Barry L. McCabe, Chief Financial Officer, earned $731K in 2009, a 69% decrease compared to previous year.
Arthur C. Graves, Executive Vice President Sales and Distribution, received $682K in 2009, which decreases by 8% compared to 2008.
Benjamin A. Pardo, Executive Vice President Director of Design, earned $523K in 2009, a 51% decrease compared to previous year.
