Knoll reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on March 25, 2011.
In 2010, five Knoll executives received on average a compensation package of $930K, a 3% decrease compared to previous year.
Andrew B. Cogan, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2009. 52% of Cogan's compensation, or $900K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Cogan also received $35K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings and $800K in salary.
Lynn M. Utter, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $969K, which decreased by 3% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $550K, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Arthur C. Graves, Executive Vice President Sales and Distribution, earned $691K in 2010, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Barry L. McCabe, Chief Financial Officer, received $690K in 2010, which decreases by 6% compared to 2009.
Benjamin A. Pardo, Executive Vice President Director of Design, earned $563K in 2010, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
