Kohl's reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on March 27, 2009.
In 2007, five Kohl's executives received on average a compensation package of $2.3M, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
R. Lawrence Montgomery, Chairman, received $2.8M in total, which decreased by 34% compared to 2006. 54% of Montgomery's compensation, or $1.5M, was in option awards. Montgomery also received $1.1M in salary and $143K in other compensation.
Thomas Kingsbury, Sr. Executive Vice President, received a compensation package of $2.5M, which decreased by 12% compared to previous year. 51% of the compensation package, or $1.3M, was in option awards.
Kevin Mansell, Chief Executive Officer, earned $2.3M in 2007, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
Donald A. Brennan, Sr. Executive Vice President, received $2.2M in 2007.
Wesley McDonald, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2007, a 22% decrease compared to previous year.
Kohl's' fiscal year ends on February 1.
