Kohl's reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 22, 2019.
In 2018, six Kohl's executives received on average a compensation package of $8M, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Michelle Gass, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which decreased by 2% compared to 2017. 59% of Gass' compensation, or $7.2M, was in stock awards. Gass also received $3.5M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.4M in salary, as well as $190K in other compensation.
