Korn Ferry International reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on August 17, 2018.
In 2018, four executives at Korn Ferry International received on average a compensation package of $4.5M, a 116% increase compared to previous year.
Gary D. Burnison, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 115% compared to 2017. 41% of Burnison's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Burnison also received $2M in bonus, $2.7K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $910K in salary, as well as $33K in other compensation.
Robert P. Rozek, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which increased by 97% compared to previous year. 38% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
Byrne Mulrooney, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.3M in 2018, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Arian, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.7M in 2018, which increases by 279% compared to 2017.
Korn Ferry International's fiscal year ends on April 30.
