Korn Ferry International reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on August 20, 2019.
In 2019, four executives at Korn Ferry International received on average a compensation package of $4.9M, a 9% increase compared to previous year.
Gary D. Burnison, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.2M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2018. 66% of Burnison's compensation, or $6.1M, was in stock awards. Burnison also received $21K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $910K in salary, as well as $16K in other compensation.
Robert P. Rozek, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $4.4M, which is about the same as previous year. 61% of the compensation package, or $2.7M, was in stock awards.
Byrne Mulrooney, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.4M in 2019, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Mark Arian, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in 2019, which increases by 54% compared to 2018.
Korn Ferry International's fiscal year ends on April 30.
