Kraft Heinz reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 25, 2022.
In 2021, five executives at Kraft Heinz received on average a compensation package of $6.7M, a 16% decrease compared to previous year.
Miguel Patricio, Chief Executive Officer, received $8.6M in total, which increased by 40% compared to 2020. 44% of Patricio's compensation, or $3.7M, was in stock awards. Patricio also received $2.9M in non-equity incentive plan, $1M in salary, as well as $986K in other compensation.

Rafael Oliveira, Executive Vice President and President, International Markets, earned $7M in 2021, a 5% decrease compared to previous year.
Paulo Basilio, Chief Financial Officer, received $5.7M in 2021, which decreases by 10% compared to 2020.
Rashida La Lande, General Counsel, earned $4M in 2021, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
