Kronos Worldwide reported fiscal year 2011 executive compensation information on March 29, 2012.
In 2011, five executives at Kronos Worldwide received on average a compensation package of $851K, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Douglas C. Weaver, Chairman, received $1.2M in total, which increased by 19% compared to 2010. 47% of Weaver's compensation, or $550K, was in bonus.
