La-Z-Boy reported fiscal year 2014 executive compensation information on July 9, 2014.
In 2014, five La-Z-Boy executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 24% increase compared to previous year.
Kurt L. Darrow, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.7M in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2013. 23% of Darrow's compensation, or $1.1M, was in stock awards. Otis S. Sawyer, Senior Vice President President Non-Branded Upholstered Product, earned $1.1M in 2014, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
