Lam Research reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on September 26, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at Lam Research received on average a compensation package of $6.5M, a 14% increase compared to previous year.
Martin B. Anstice, Chief Executive Officer, received $13M in total, which increased by 15% compared to 2017. 59% of Anstice's compensation, or $7.5M, was in stock awards. Anstice also received $3.2M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.1M in option awards, $1M in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Timothy M. Archer, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.1M, which increased by 14% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $4.2M, was in stock awards.
Scott G. Meikle, Senior Vice President, Global Customer Operations, earned $4.8M in 2018.
Richard A. Gottscho, Chief Technology Officer, received $4.1M in 2018, which decreases by 12% compared to 2017.
Douglas R. Bettinger, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.7M in 2018, a 11% decrease compared to previous year.
Lam Research's fiscal year ends on June 26.
