Landstar System reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on March 22, 2010.

Jim M. Handoush, Chief Operating Officer, received $651K in 2009, which decreases by 23% compared to 2008.
Patrick J. O'Malley, Vice President, and Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, earned $624K in 2009, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Larry S. Thomas, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, received $419K in 2009, which decreases by 41% compared to 2008.
Landstar System's fiscal year ends on December 28.
