Landstar System reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 14, 2011.
In 2010, six executives at Landstar System received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 81% increase compared to previous year.
Henry H. Gerkens, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.6M in total, which increased by 101% compared to 2009. 84% of Gerkens' compensation, or $3M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Patrick J. O'Malley, Vice President and Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, earned $1M in 2010, a 66% increase compared to previous year.
Larry S. Thomas, Vice President and Chief Information Officer, received $1M in 2010, which increases by 145% compared to 2009.
Michael K. Kneller, General Counsel, earned $970K in 2010, a 47% increase compared to previous year.
Joseph J. Beacom, Vice President and Chief Safety and Operations Officer, received $651K in 2010.
Landstar System's fiscal year ends on December 28.
