Lazard reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 6, 2022.
In 2021, five Lazard executives received on average a compensation package of $8.7M, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
Kenneth M. Jacobs, Chief Executive Officer, received $12M in total, which increased by 17% compared to 2020. 65% of Jacobs' compensation, or $7.7M, was in stock awards. Jacobs also received $3.1M in bonus, $900K in salary, as well as $126K in other compensation.

Alexander F. Stern, President, received $7.2M in 2021, which increases by 11% compared to 2020.
